A blood donation camp was organised at the Blood Bank of Namchi District Hospital on 13th March following an urgent appeal from the Doctor and the Technical Officer of the hospital. The notice informed about a severe shortage of blood of all blood groups and requested that voluntary donors come forward to help patients in need.

Upon arrival at the Blood Bank, the medical staff conducted basic health check-ups to determine the eligibility of the donors. After the screening process, the eligible students donated blood under the supervision of trained medical professionals.

Only four donors were present for the donation. Despite the small number of participants, the initiative helped support the hospital during the shortage and also created awareness among students about the importance of voluntary blood donation.

Overall, the program was meaningful and reflected the spirit of social responsibility and compassion among the students.
