On 22nd December 2022, under the joint auspices of Sikkim Government College Namchi and United team of Sikkim, a Musical Concert program was conducted in a grand manner in the college auditorium. Mohan Timsina, Bikash Rai, Suman Shree, Prasant Chettri, Bikash Rai, Smita Pradhan, and C.B.Gutung local singers performed their songs. The main attraction of the program was the performance of the famous Nepali singer Ramkrishna Dhakal. He is a well-known Modern, Pop, Playback singer, actor and judge of the show Nepali Tara. Many consider him only second to the singing maestro late Narayan Gopal, who is respected as the king of melody in the Nepali-speaking world. He has become one of the most popular singing stars in the realm of Nepali music and the singing genre since he started singing Nepali songs. The College students also performed dance in the program.Organized for the recreation of students and the staff the concert was attended by the College Principal Dr.Deepak Tewari, teaching and non-teaching staff as well as a large number of students.
