On 27th May 2025, a meeting was held in the IQAC room, with the IQAC Chairperson Dr. Deepak Tewari, IQAC Coordinator Dr. Laxmi Rai, and the members of the Grievance Redressal Cell, to review and address the grievances of the students and teachers of the college.

The important points discussed in the meeting are as follows:

  • The student grievances collected through the grievance box were reviewed, and corresponding actions were planned. The grievances received were as follows:
  • A need for an exposure program for the students to present them with a platform to showcase their talents.
  • An issue with the library schedule was identified and it has been causing difficulties for the students to borrow books on time.
  • In response to these concerns, the Grievance Redressal Cell will hold meetings with the Student Representative Council to discuss the Talent Hunt initiative, and with the Library Committee to investigate and resolve the issues affecting students.
  • The teachers have requested the installation of plagiarism detection software in the library, which will be taken into consideration.
