A recruitment guidance programme was
conducted by The Indian Army personnels at the auditorium of Sikkim Government College, Namchi. The students from all the departments including NCC cadets attended the said programme. The team of Indian Army personnels were led by Captain Prakhar Mishra. The programme started with Subedar Satveer Singh wishing the students on the World Environment Day 2026 and informing the student on the tips to protect and preserve our precious environment. Subedar Krishna Bahadur Rai shared the information about the Agniveer recruitment for Sikkim Scouts. He shared all the necessary details regarding the same like its work profile, process of application, documents required for application and the pay and allowances etc.
Captain Prakhar Mishra shared the details on the various officer level recruitments in the Indian Army. Information on CDS exam, NDA etc. were also discussed during the session. The session ended with an interaction with the students.
